I did a private meditation with Cortney via zoom at the end of the year to align and decompress after a very hectic few weeks. It was just what I needed. All about breathwork

The idea of  breathwork is to release toxins and stress when you breathe out and nourish your mind and body when you breathe in. The The 4-7-8 technique, for example, helps reduce anxiety by stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system (PNS). Breathwork can also be a spiritual practice which can allow you to move beyond your mind and body and help you connect to your inner self. Many people who practice breathwork experience spiritual awakenings and the ultimate state of mediation and relaxation
