Founder

Cortney is an integrative nutrition health coach who specializes in gut health and hormone wellness. A yoga and Pilates instructor focusing on all aspects of movement. Her classes can be described as bold, confidence boosting, fun, and athletic. She is also a Reiki II & meditation practitioner and herbalist. Cortney loves to spend her free time gardening with her busy toddler, trying out new farmers markets and concocting new recipes in her kitchen.
