REIKI ASSISTS IN MOVING ENERGY TO FIND BALANCE. OFTEN HELPFUL FOR SYMPTOMS OF ANXIETY, DEPRESSION, ADD/ADHD, AND MANY ILLNESSES.
This session helps promote chakra healing, mindfulness health and overall wellness. sessions will help unblock and balance yourself and come into alignment with energy.

Business Clearing
This is a great option if you are moving into a new home and want to cleanse the space before you officially move in. This service can also be done on a home you currently live in to allow for the stagnant energy to be released.
Opening a new business and want to empower the space with positive energy? You need a business clearing. Great for your existing business as well to clear the space of the energy of those who enter into your space. Energy lingers and I recommend doing a business clearing at least once a year to foster a welcoming and space that attracts customers and clients.

In person energy healing events are available upon request. Sessions consist of a 15 minute chakra meditation to ground into the space and relax participants into the session followed by a 30-45 min group reiki session. Session may include palo santo, sage, essential oils, crystals and sound bowls.
